Slow Flow + Sound Bath (in person / livestream)
We know from experience that it’s a busy world out there, and it can be tempting to skip out on slowing down. Slow Flow class at HAUM is a space for grounding where you'll hold and breathe through challenging poses to create a strong, yet calming practice. During this sweet and sweaty class, you will have the time and instruction needed to explore the many ways the yoga props can provide support in the poses. This yogic blend of effort and ease is open for all yoga practitioners, including maturing yogis and those working with injuries. This class closes with a very extended sound bath savasana using a variety of crystal singing bowls and other sound healing tools for deeper relaxation and rest. https://haumsf.com/daily-schedule/

This class involves intentional placement of body, breath, and attention to develop mind-body awareness, flexibility, strength, and concentration; it is often built around Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations). All practice levels are welcome.<br>
